QUILTING PROJECT

I have been adding several items to my things I'd like to do list. I get those Ads from Joann's with the coupons, great stuff !! (Now I get them on my e-mail too!) That's twice the coupons. Anyway, I got myself a couple new Quilting Books. One was a "Quilt as You Sew", it's a rag quilt. I have been using up my "stash" in it. (It's not done yet) It's been fun to watch it grow and turn into something! Darwin has the "outage " this month so it gives me something to do. If it ever get warm here, it'll be time to work in the yard. We did get the water turned back on and the Peas planted.
It is amazing how much didn't get done when I worked. It's amazing how much doesn't get done now that I don't work !!! hahaha I must say though---Life is Good, very Good!!

THIRTY-SIX YEARS AGO

It was a good feeling to be at the Salt Lake Temple again. Especially
out on the grounds up close to the Temple. It was 36 years ago ( give

about 3 months) that we stood on that spot as newlyweds !! We stood

up in that little alcove then but we didn't want to get stuck that day.
Of course, Randy laughed his head off at that. The photographer took
Brad and Jessica around to the other side in the shade, it was COLD!
It had been raining and it was wet. But the sun wasn't in their eyes!
Jessie's mother made her dress, it was beautiful. Her little nieces kept
looking under the layers to see what was holding it up. It was a good day. They had the Wedding Brunch at the Gathering Place at
Gardner Village. We had Pops and Grandma with us, so we just walked
around. I think Pops and Darwin were bored, they were watching the
ducks in the creek. Mom & I were checking out the shops.

Welcome to our Blog!

We are going to do a blog to keep everyone updated with our exciting lives. We are always involved with some sort of a remodeling project. It keeps us happy and busy.

Today we have the honor of having our children and grandkids here for Easter. We had a fun easter egg hunt this morning - Ezra, Lincoln and Sawyer all had a great time and got a lot of eggs.

We will post more later with some pictures of our projects, etc...
